Vision Ford Lincoln is seeking skilled and dedicated Service Technicians to join our dealership's growing service department. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are running at peak performance, performing both routine maintenance and advanced repairs. As a vital part of our team, we'll support your growth and development while empowering you to deliver exceptional service every day.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• 🛠 Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, ensuring high-quality standards

• ⚙️ Utilize factory diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems

• 📅 Work closely with service advisors to provide clear, accurate estimates

• 🧼 Maintain a clean and organized work area

• ✅ Continuously update skills and knowledge on Ford & Lincoln products

• 🧑‍🔧 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)

• 🚘 Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• 🛠 Basic tools are required; specialty tools provided by the dealership

• 📘 Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills

• 🔒 Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety

• 🏅 ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred

• 💻 Experience with dealer management software systems is an advantage
