Full job description

As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting attorneys by managing case workflows, tracking deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with clients and legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and track case deadlines
  • Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines
  • Assist in client communications
  • Collect and organize case-related documents
  • Communicate with court clerks and legal vendors
  • Potential for drafting motions, discovery requests/responses and all other types of case documents specific to individual facts and case law
  • Prior experience in the legal field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Clear and concise writing ability

*$30-$35/hour or $70,000 - $80,000/year depending on circumstances & experience
