TPM – Program & Project Management

Location: Phoenix, AZ – Day 1 Onsite
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 Days/Week

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage end-to-end program and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, stakeholder management, risk and dependency management, and coordinating onsite-offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of programs and projects.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones.

• Drive status reporting, governance, and escalations.

• Ensure successful execution and timely delivery of project objectives.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination across onsite and offshore teams.

• Identify and proactively address delivery risks and dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP and/or CSM certification preferred.

• Experience working with global customers and distributed teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
