What we need from you:

Experience - You have experience with Commercial Lines Insurance

License - Active Property & Casualty License

Knowledgeable - A great level of expertise and knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and ratings

Software - A comprehensive understanding of insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position.

The Position:

Cultivate a positive customer service experience.

Provide accurate and professional insurance services to clients and producers.

Support the renewal of coverage, cross-selling initiatives, policy change processing, and inquiry resolution.

Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage.

Facilitate policy binding and review.

Manage requests for endorsements, claims, and renewal marketing.
