Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our corporate Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for supporting recruiting efforts across technical and professional positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent. This role requires managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, with an immediate need for candidates and a streamlined interview process.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across IT, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering disciplines.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent market conditions.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely movement through the hiring cycle.
- Track recruiting activity within the company's ATS and maintain accurate reporting.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Recent experience recruiting technical positions.
- Strong understanding of IT, software, engineering, data science, and analytics skill sets.
- Experience supporting corporate recruiting environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Currently available or able to start immediately.
- Comfortable working onsite full-time.
- Has recruited technical talent in a corporate or agency environment.
- Can quickly build trust with hiring managers and candidates.
Work Environment
This position is based in an onsite corporate environment, part of a 5-6 person Talent Acquisition team. You will have the opportunity to engage in real recruiting work across IT, engineering, and data-focused roles, partnering directly with leadership and making an immediate impact.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Clearwater, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
